Your Role:


* Ensure top-quality service and standards
* Support online shop customers via email and chat
* Guide customers using our partner’s online shop and products
* Handle inquiries on orders, deliveries, and complaints

You Must:


* Be fluent in Spanish
* Be willing to relocate to Casablanca in Morocco
* Be ready to start immediately
* Be comfortable with using a personal computer and different internet applications
* Be a strong communicator & team player
* Already have a valid Moroccan work permit (if you will be coming from another country)

Prior call center is an advantage, but not required.
