🔹 Role Summary

EBH IT Solutions is a B2B technology company specializing in Cybersecurity, Cloud, DevOps, and IT Infrastructure. We are looking for a Growth & Acquisition Specialist responsible for building and operating our digital acquisition engine.

This role focuses on generating qualified leads through outbound campaigns (email & LinkedIn), managing our CRM pipeline, and supporting sales with actionable data and messaging.

📍 How this role fits into the organization

This position reports directly to Business Development / Direction and works closely with Technical & Delivery teams to target the right accounts and craft relevant messaging.

This role is a key driver of business growth.


🔹 Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and optimize outbound acquisition campaigns using Lemlist and LinkedIn
* Build and manage CRM pipelines and workflows (HubSpot)
* Create targeting lists and segment ICPs by industry
* Write concise B2B messaging, scripts, and outreach templates
* Track key KPIs and produce weekly performance reports
* Conduct market research on high-value accounts
* Support business team in converting leads into qualified meetings


🔹 Qualifications


Required:

* Experience in B2B acquisition, SDR, Growth, or Sales Automation
* Proficiency with outbound tools (Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales tools)
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Data-driven and comfortable with KPIs and reporting
* Ability to work autonomously and execute quickly

Preferred :

* Experience in tech, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, or IT consulting
* Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or marketing automation
* Fluent French + good English
