Your Mission:
As Group RGM & Flavors Manager, your mission is to unlock new growth avenues for the business by leading the development of innovative product categories and managing strategic alliances across multiple markets. In a context where traditional categories may be slowing, your role is critical in identifying and accelerating high-potential opportunities that can drive incremental value.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alliances
* Act as the primary liaison for non-KO brand partners, managing relationships and ensuring alignment across local teams.
* Lead project management for alliance initiatives by brand and market, providing hands-on support and driving performance reviews and strategic business plan (SBP) alignment.
Opportunity Identification
* Conduct comprehensive opportunity mapping to assess market potential, prioritize initiatives, and support the RGM team in “Where to Play” strategic exercises.
* Present findings and strategic recommendations to ECCBC Top Management, translating insights into actionable group-level strategies.
Category Development & Innovation
* Drive 360º business evaluations through robust business case development and scenario planning for key innovation projects.
* Oversee project execution: monitor progress, support local teams in setting targets, design launch plans, and ensure effective post-launch tracking.
* Lead the innovation process across Group and BU levels, coordinating with stakeholders, consolidating inputs, and presenting progress in key forums.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years in a similar or related role, ideally in FMCG or top-tier consulting.
* Strong background in Revenue Management, Finance, or Key Account Management.
* Proven project management skills and business acumen.
* Experience in multicultural, matrixed environments.
* Fluent in English and French; Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI proficiency.
