Role Description

This is a remote opportunity with some travel for a Gender-Lens Policy Expert with Morocco experience. The candidate will provide gender-lens training and consultancy, collaboration with various teams to ensure Morocco specific gender-lens considerations are embedded into all processes and decision-making will also be key tasks.

Qualifications

* Expertise in Gender-Lens Policy analysis and development - Morocco
* Experience in training and consultancy on gender inclusivity
* Strong policy advocacy and collaboration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of ethical and sustainable practices in business
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Public Policy, Social Science, or a related field
* Experience working in diverse cultural and geographical settings is a plus
* English C1 is required, French and Arabic are an asset
