* Build and maintain a high-performance multimedia messaging application in a Cloud production environment.
* Support and troubleshoot legacy on-premises messaging applications.
* Collaborate with functional teams, business units, and vendors to resolve end-to-end technical issues.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
* Represent messaging services in discussions with corporate security teams and other departments.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
* Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
* Drive innovation by proposing and implementing improvements to messaging systems.

Compétences et expérience requises

* Bachelor's Degree in Software engineering or similar
* Backend Development (experience with Python)
* Database Expertise (MySQL or an equivalent)
* Experience with PowerShell to perform investigations and advanced complex searches (i.e. usage records)
* Experience with Windows and Linux environments, including managing task schedulers and cron jobs for automating processes
* Ability to work with APIs and different file formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML for data handling
* Docker knowledge is essential for this role
* Excellent knowledge of unit tests (xUnit) and readiness to learn our integration tests with Docker
* Ability to self-learn on various technologies and development software
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Git and source control (how to create Pull Request, how to merge, rebase ….)

Good To Have

* DevOPs experience is a bonus
* Someone who is very familiar with code management tools (GIT)
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting analytical skills. Someone who can slice and dice a business/system problem into an easy modular and maintainable solution with your team
* A team player who can define, establish and communicate their long term vision, who is adaptable to uncertain and changing needs
* A candidate with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Experience with container environment (Docker, Kubernetes or even DockerSwarm)
* Experience with real-time stream processing (Kafka).
* Experience in a Public Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure, any will do).
* Linux and/or Agile certification
* Strong IP networking skills
