Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Office Supervisor In Charge based in Rabat. The individual in this role will oversee daily front office operations, including managing the reception area, scheduling reservations, and maintaining premium customer service standards. Key duties include supervising the front office team, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries promptly, and addressing guest requests effectively. This role contributes significantly to maintaining the high standards of service associated with The View Rabat.
Qualifications
* Proven Supervisory Skills to manage and lead the front office team effectively
* Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
* Strong Customer Service and guest relationship-building abilities
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, in multiple languages is a plus
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
* Familiarity with front office software systems is advantageous
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field preferred
* Previous experience in a hotel or luxury establishment is highly desirable
