Front Office Manager

-About the Role

A prestigious international hotel group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations of one of its 4-star properties located in Casablanca.

-Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all front office operations including reception, concierge, and guest relations
* Ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience from arrival to departure
* Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff to maintain high service standards
* Monitor room inventory, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue
* Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
* Maintain compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
* Prepare and analyze front office reports and performance metrics
* Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency

-Candidate Profile

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star or higher hotel
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach
* Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus
* Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, or equivalent)
* Exceptional problem-solving and guest service orientation
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
