Description

As the FSA & I Business Dev / Sales Leader – Green Hydrogen and Renewables Energy your mission will be to develop Schneider Electric FSA&I market shares into Green Hydrogen and Renewables sectors. Strong contributor to this objective will be thought leadership, C-level engagement and deep understanding of Schneider Ecostruxure, Softwares & Sustainability services value proposition.

You will be on pursuit of major Green Hydrogen and Renewables opportunities in FSA & I Cluster with strong focus on Energy transition projects (Hydrogen, Solar, Wind …).


Mission

* Define and implement the cluster strategy to grow Schneider Electric’s market share into the Green Hydrogen and Renewables market
* Manage Strategic accounts and Segments through deep customer relationships and value propositions
* Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric Energy management offers, solutions and services
* Influence the key targeted Green Hydrogen and Renewables end users and developpers in the cluster, focusing on Energy Transition projects.
* Coordination of major pursuit opportunities in FSA&I cluster involving international stakeholders
* This role will develop and implement cluster’s growth strategy, develop our market shares at targeted End-Users


Key success factors

* Successful track record of strategic account management and development and passion to close significant deals
* Technical and sales expertise in Medium Voltage & Low voltage including digital software applications relating to energy management and energy automation hardware and software is highly beneficial
* Strategic & tactical mindset, proactively creating opportunities through consultative selling
* Familiarity with the processes and opportunities within Green Hydrogen and Renewables sectors
* Existing relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels is desired
* Great capability to create relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills
