ABOUT THE SECRET COLLECTION

The Secret Collection is a premium travel company specializing in luxury hotels, bespoke travel experiences and corporate travel solutions.

Our ambition is to build one of the leading premium travel companies in the region by combining exceptional customer service, operational excellence and technology.

As an early-stage startup, we're still building many of the systems, processes and tools that will support our future growth.

This isn't a traditional internship.

You'll work directly with the founders and contribute to building the company from the inside.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your role combines operations, process improvement and business strategy.

Operations

• Monitor the quality of hotel bookings and customer journeys.

• Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers worldwide.

• Support customer invoicing and operational financial follow-up.

• Resolve operational issues before they impact our clients.

• Ensure our premium service standards are consistently maintained.

No previous experience in travel is required. Our operations can be learned quickly by someone who is curious, organized and eager to learn.

We believe the best way to improve a business is first to understand how it operates.

Process Improvement

• Design and document operational processes (SOPs).

• Build scalable workflows.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools.

• Improve invoicing and profitability tracking.

• Organize internal documentation and knowledge management.

• Identify automation opportunities using AI and digital tools.

• Continuously improve the way the company operates.

We're not looking for someone who simply executes tasks.

We're looking for someone who naturally asks:

"How can we make this better?"

Strategy & Business Development

Working directly with the founders, you'll also contribute to projects related to:

• Business strategy.

• Customer acquisition.

• Digital marketing.

• Customer experience.

• Business development.

• Supplier strategy.

• AI initiatives.

• Internal tools and technology.

• New products and services.

Your ideas will be heard, discussed and, when relevant, implemented.
