Role Overview

As the FP&A Manager, you will be a key financial partner to leadership, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic financial analysis. You’ll work closely with departments across product, engineering, operations, and business development to evaluate financial impact, support growth strategies, and maintain financial health across Wlidaty’s operations.

This role requires strong financial modeling skills, comfort with data analytics, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across the organization.
* Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
* Partner with functional leads (product, engineering, operations) to evaluate business initiatives, resource allocation, and ROI.
* Track KPIs related to platform revenue, logistics costs, vendor activity, and operational efficiency.
* Build and maintain dynamic financial models that incorporate pricing, customer growth, consignment volume, and other e-commerce metrics.
* Identify and monitor risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and provide recommendations.
* Support fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting by preparing financial packages and strategic metrics.
* Improve financial systems, reporting automation, and cross-functional data integrity.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or technology company.
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong proficiency with financial planning tools and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and executives.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in or analyzing e-commerce, blockchain, or technology-enabled logistics businesses.
* Familiarity with accounting principles, SaaS metrics, and marketplace business models.
* Experience with ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
* MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
