Finance is all about the details, and this role plays a key part in keeping everything accurate and running smoothly. As a Finance Assistant within the Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Marrakesh, this role supports multiple country offices, ensuring financial records are reconciled, data is processed efficiently, and accounts – including leader money – are well managed. Working as part of a dynamic team, this position helps ensure financial operations stay on track across the region.
This is a full-time, permanent position operating onsite out of our vibrant Marrakesh office.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
* Strong experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or other finance functions
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
* Experience using accounting software (Navision knowledge is a plus)
* Strong data processing ability and numerical aptitude
* Ability to learn new computer systems and work to deadlines under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Initiative to improve and streamline processes
* Understanding of regional culture and business etiquette
* Fluency in Arabic, French, and English
