The Country Payroll Business Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that business and regulatory requirements are accurately captured in payroll specifications. This position serves as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, focusing on compliance and operational improvements within the payroll system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Gather and document payroll requirements with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
* Analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
* Draft clear functional specifications and user stories.
* Ensure compliance with Moroccan regulations (CNSS, AMO, CIMR, taxation).
* Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to validate deliverables.
* Support UAT, user training, and documentation.
* Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on payroll specifications.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (ideally in payroll or HRIS projects).
* Strong knowledge of Moroccan payroll regulations.
* Proficiency in writing functional specifications and test cases.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in French; Arabic and English are assets.
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Sage, SAP HR, ADP) is a plus.
