Overview:

Responsible for administrative services under the Facilities Central Team, including lease management, permits, contract administration, financial tracking, and vendor coordination, in compliance with Moroccan regulations and local building codes.

* Oversees logistical and operational support to the company and team in areas such as permits, coordination with local authorities (e.g., ONEE, municipal offices, or CDT as applicable), messengerial services, employee transfers, and other site-related administrative tasks.
* Manages specialized shared services, including, but not limited to: lease renewals, vendor selection for concessions and facility services, and compliance with Moroccan labor and commercial laws.
* Ensures that the central budget and operational expenses are forecasted, monitored, and updated in line with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
* Prepares and submits monitoring reports, compliance documentation, and other relevant operational data to leadership.
* Oversees concessionaires and other facility vendors, including performance monitoring, contract compliance, recommendations, and TELUS Digital wide concessionaire performance surveys, ensuring adherence to company policies, local regulations, and labor laws.
* Coordinates third-party contractor deployment, monitors schedule adherence, and tracks equipment and consumables usage in accordance with Moroccan occupational health and safety standards.
* Supervises off-site storage facilities and ensures proper use and regulatory compliance.


Required Skills & Qualifications (Technical):

* Bachelor’s degree in any field; Business Management, Administration, or Facilities Management preferred
* 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to call center or BPO environments
* Knowledge of Moroccan commercial leasing, building permits, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Code du Travail, municipal building codes, tax and permit regulations)
* Familiarity with IT, call center operations, and organizational administration
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge in Six Sigma, vendor management, logistics, and materials management
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French; Arabic is an advantage
* Strategic, analytical mindset with attention to detail
