Job Summary

The English Language & Communication Consultant will be responsible for supporting the organization in enhancing internal communication and improving English proficiency across teams. The role involves delivering language upskilling initiatives, coaching employees, and acting as a key advisor on communication practices to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company standards.

Your activities

* Act as an internal English teacher and consultant for communication matters.
* Provide language training, coaching, and workshops to employees at HQ, stationse, and other locations as needed.
* Support the upskilling of teams to improve English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
* Assist in reviewing and refining internal and external communications to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with managers to identify communication skill gaps and propose tailored development solutions.
* Prepare and deliver training materials, guides, and learning resources adapted to business needs.
* Report directly to the manager while maintaining flexibility to support multiple departments.

Your profile

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an English teacher, communication trainer, or consultant.
* Strong command of written and spoken English.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to design and deliver effective training sessions and workshops.
* Previous experience in a corporate environment is an advantage.
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability to support various stakeholders.
* Proactive and solution oriented.
* Collaborative, with the ability to work across different teams and levels.
* Culturally sensitive, with strong facilitation skills.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
