Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Morocco, fluent in English, and possess a deep understanding of the recruitment field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and present qualified individuals to clients or hiring managers.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer extension.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

• Strong mastery of recruitment techniques and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Based in Morocco.
