Your new Role and Respon­si­bil­i­ties

The Engi­neer Test Sys­tems designs and deploys the nec­es­sary test­ing equip­ment and sys­tems to ensure prod­uct ver­i­fi­ca­tion and com­pli­ance with cus­tomer tech­ni­cal require­ments.

* Define the spec­i­fi­ca­tions and tech­ni­cal require­ments for test equip­ment and tools and ensure their tech­ni­cal accep­tance
* Devel­op elec­tri­cal test pro­grams based on cable tech­ni­cal draw­ings and opti­mize test mod­ules
* Pre­pare micro-lay­outs and ensure the avail­abil­i­ty of all required equip­ment, tools, and infra­struc­ture
* Define and val­i­date elec­tri­cal test sys­tem para­me­ters with rel­e­vant depart­ments and ensure con­tin­u­ous improve­ment
* Ana­lyze the impact of tech­ni­cal changes on test equip­ment and update test mod­ules accord­ing­ly
* Devel­op tech­ni­cal instruc­tions and oper­at­ing pro­ce­dures in col­lab­o­ra­tion with stake­hold­ers
* Orga­nize and mon­i­tor pre­ven­tive main­te­nance activ­i­ties using stan­dard­ized check­lists
* Super­vise instal­la­tion, relo­ca­tion, or trans­fer of test equip­ment in the pro­duc­tion area
* Man­age inven­to­ry sta­tus, iden­ti­fy scrap, and coor­di­nate with the con­trol­ling depart­ment
* Train new­ly recruit­ed employ­ees on test equip­ment and pro­ce­dures
* Per­form FMEA activ­i­ties and eval­u­ate poten­tial risks
* Pro­pose and eval­u­ate improve­ment actions relat­ed to test­ing process­es and equip­ment
* Con­tribute to the res­o­lu­tion of inter­nal and exter­nal cus­tomer com­plaints
* Par­tic­i­pate in test­ing new com­po­nents and eval­u­ate poten­tial risks on test equip­ment
* Ensure com­pli­ance with safe­ty rules and main­tain prop­er orga­ni­za­tion of stor­age areas
* Pro­vide reg­u­lar report­ing on activ­i­ties and per­for­mance to man­age­ment
* Sup­port con­tin­u­ous improve­ment ini­tia­tives relat­ed to process­es, costs, and depart­men­tal results
* Ensure suc­cess­ful com­ple­tion of inter­nal and exter­nal audits

Your Pro­file

* Master’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing or relat­ed field
* 1–3 years of expe­ri­ence in auto­mo­tive or man­u­fac­tur­ing indus­try
* Strong knowl­edge of process engi­neer­ing, capac­i­ty cal­cu­la­tion, and line bal­anc­ing
* Good under­stand­ing of ergonom­ics and pro­duc­tion flow opti­miza­tion
* Abil­i­ty to man­age tech­ni­cal changes and indus­tri­al projects
* Pro­fi­cien­cy in ERP sys­tems and indus­tri­al tools
* Flu­ent in French, good lev­el of Eng­lish (German/Spanish is a plus)
* Expe­ri­ence with MS Office appli­ca­tions (Word, Excel, Pow­er­Point, Out­look) is a plus
* Autonomous, results-dri­ven, and strong team play­er
