Your new Role and Respon­si­bil­i­ties

The Engi­neer Pro­duc­tion Process­es & Equip­ment designs, dimen­sions, and opti­mizes cable man­u­fac­tur­ing process­es in the cut­ting and pre‑assembly areas by defin­ing equip­ment, meth­ods, and man­pow­er require­ments. Ensures pro­duc­tion process­es meet cus­tomer require­ments while respect­ing qual­i­ty, cost, deliv­ery, and ergonom­ic stan­dards.

* Devel­op and update pro­duc­tion flow charts includ­ing con­trol points and stor­age areas
* Cal­cu­late equip­ment capac­i­ty and deter­mine pro­duc­tion resources, invest­ment, and tool­ing require­ments
* Pre­pare tech­ni­cal spec­i­fi­ca­tions and ensure tech­ni­cal accep­tance of equip­ment
* Devel­op and imple­ment work instruc­tions in col­lab­o­ra­tion with rel­e­vant depart­ments
* Lead the instal­la­tion and lay­out of work­sta­tions ensur­ing ergonom­ic stan­dards
* Per­form FMEA activ­i­ties and ensure the effec­tive­ness of cor­rec­tive actions
* Sup­port pro­duc­tion launch and pro­vide tech­ni­cal train­ing when required
* Pre­pare and dis­trib­ute tech­ni­cal doc­u­men­ta­tion to inter­nal depart­ments
* Super­vise pro­duc­tion time eval­u­a­tion activ­i­ties
* Man­age and mon­i­tor tech­ni­cal changes and com­mu­ni­cate new cus­tomer require­ments
* Man­age equip­ment inven­to­ry and main­tain the equip­ment data­base
* Coor­di­nate tech­ni­cians’ activ­i­ties includ­ing work­load bal­anc­ing and task allo­ca­tion
* Ensure com­pli­ance with safe­ty reg­u­la­tions and qual­i­ty stan­dards
* Dri­ve con­tin­u­ous improve­ment ini­tia­tives to opti­mize man­u­fac­tur­ing process­es

Your Pro­file

* Master’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing or relat­ed field
* 1–3 years of expe­ri­ence in auto­mo­tive or man­u­fac­tur­ing indus­try
* Strong knowl­edge of process engi­neer­ing, capac­i­ty cal­cu­la­tion, and line bal­anc­ing
* Good under­stand­ing of ergonom­ics and pro­duc­tion flow opti­miza­tion
* Abil­i­ty to man­age tech­ni­cal changes and indus­tri­al projects
* Pro­fi­cien­cy in ERP sys­tems and indus­tri­al tools
* Flu­ent in French, good lev­el of Eng­lish (German/Spanish is a plus)
* Expe­ri­ence with MS Office appli­ca­tions (Word, Excel, Pow­er­Point, Out­look) is a plus
* Autonomous, results-dri­ven, and strong team play­er
