Engine Overhaul Technician

The job based in United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi

JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:

The Technician, reporting to the Supervisor, plays an important role within the Aero Engine MRO division's Engine Operations department. Responsible for executing disassembly and assembly activities, the Technician works in strict compliance with approved technical data and upholds the highest Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Total Engine Management Process Execution

* Execute disassembly and assembly tasks, supporting the delivery of gated engine processes
* (Gate 0, 1, 3 and 4).
* Ensure all tasks are executed in strict adherence to aviation and HS&E regulations.

1. Technical Competence Development

* Develop personal technical competence through continuous learning and skill enhancement.
* Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support to improve their technical skills.

1. Ethical Leadership and Culture Promotion

* Supports an environment of ethical behavior, fairness, and integrity within the team.
* Act as a trusted team member, raising concerns about inappropriate or unethical behavior and appreciating direct and honest feedback.

9. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

Minimum Qualifications:

Licensure/Professional Membership)

* High school graduate/diploma with vocational or technical training in aviation/aeronautical engineering, MRO, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience:

* Minimum of 2 year of work experience in technical aviation or related MRO industry appreciated
