Are you a great listener who enjoys helping others and making a difference at work? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR Services team within our new project!

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice supporting employees across the project globally, answering questions, resolving workplace concerns, and making sure everyone feels heard and respected.

Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for employees, handling inquiries mainly over the phone.
* Use your communication and problem-solving skills to assess situations and find the right solutions.
* Provide clear, accurate guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR processes.
* Keep detailed and confidential notes on each case to ensure compliance and follow-up.
* Know when to handle an issue on your own and when to involve HR leadership or specialized teams.
* Spot trends in employee questions and share insights to help improve our policies and processes.

Qualifications

* A diploma or degree in Human Resources.
* An experience within the same role would be a plus.
