* Commits for EES to the project on quality, performance, timing and cost targets (including outsourcing, Serial life tool), through an engineering plan agreed by both parties.
* Oversees all electronic and electric activies for a projet with the support of the metafunctions to achieve quality, performance, timing and cost targets, through the follow-up of : • inputs monitoring, • technical reviews & deliverables acceptance reviews, • feature & SW readiness, • RFQ deliveries, • APQP process progress, • validation, integration validation plan progress, • industrialization performance • homologation process
* Leads convergence on features:
To check if allotment of functional contribution for each sub-systems is achieved
To check maturity progress of the contribution of functional design for each sub-systems.
To check upstream functional for our (DSEE leader or co-leader) sub systems.
To ensure that sub-systems activities and deliverables are compliant with PQCD target.
To ensure that sub-system deliverables meet component expectations (software and hardware
* Leads the EE metafunction representatives in the HH:
-Suggests with EE metafunctions style/technical/service trade-offs (VNC update) involving Style, Product and Service throughout the vehicle definition build-up & style phases to move towards achievable definitions in accordance to quality, performance, timing and cost targets. weekly meetings to the launch of definitions for mass produced equipment.
-Ensure that EES internal arbitration are performed prior their transfer at project level
-Contributes to the change managment process with the project. Assess with the metafunction
* Coordinates activities with others EE PR (module, Powertrain, AVP or SW platform leaders : PWT & module planning synchronisation, change management responibilities, integration & validation plan and associated synergies, fleet upgrade management, homologation process (EMC, cyber, RF ...)
* Lead EE deliverables progress & acceptance process for the project in coordination with other EE PR, including : component design requirements, messaging & network load, safety assessment, cyber security requirements, EE infrastructure choices, 12V requirements, electrical distribution, Electrical schematics, Electrical interfaces, EDS files
