SkillCheck:

* BAC+5/Master degree in industrial engineering or Environment and Sustainable Development, or equivalent.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Knowledge of EHS regulations and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards.
* Ability to work independently and in coordination with teams.
* Management of PPE, PTW, waste, and chemicals.
* Proficiency in (office tools, Power BI...)
* Excellent command of written and spoken English

ChallengeCheck :

* Analyze EHS risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
* Conduct accident and incident investigations.
* Monitor and close EHS action plans.
* Ensure regulatory and normative compliance.
* Conduct EHS inspections and audits.
* Lead EHS awareness and training initiatives.
* Monitor EHS KPI and reporting.
* Lead EHS Trainings and awareness for employees.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen...)
* Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.
* Emergency management and evacuation planning
* Incident analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa) and corrective actions
* Regulatory compliance and audit preparation
