About the Role
Beauty Station Africa, one of Morocco’s leading distributors of international skincare and beauty brands, is looking for a talented E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will manage our online platforms, optimize product visibility, and drive sales performance across our websites and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize product listings, categories, images, descriptions, and pricing on our e-commerce platforms.
* Ensure that the website is always up to date (banners, homepage, new arrivals, offers).
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid out-of-stock issues.
* Analyze daily/weekly sales performance and propose actions to improve results.
* Assist in creating and launching online campaigns and promotional events.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Managers to align digital strategy.
* Handle customer inquiries related to online orders when needed.
* Support the implementation of SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in e-commerce (3–8 years minimum), preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
* Good understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and e-commerce KPIs.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly with accuracy.
* Good communication skills in French and English (Arabic is a plus).
* Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
