Director of Operations

Work Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our restaurant operations across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the casual or fast-casual dining sector and a proven ability to drive business growth through innovation and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage end-to-end casual/fast-casual restaurant operations across multiple locations.
* Oversee staffing, training, and performance management across all branches.
* Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Lead efforts in new concept development, market expansion, and rollout planning.
* Monitor key operational and financial metrics and report to senior leadership.
* Ensure regulatory and brand compliance across all locations.
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategic goals.
* Champion innovation in menu offerings, service experience, and restaurant technologies.
* Mentor and grow high-potential talent to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience managing large teams in a multi-location environment.
* Track record of working in companies with business valuations exceeding SAR 500 million.
* Strong background in casual or fast-casual dining (not fast food or hotel industry).
* Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Regional experience in Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Kuwait highly preferred.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.
