We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and contribute to the success of our digital strategies, with a particular emphasis on lead generation.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan and execute digital campaigns designed to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads. You’ll play a vital role in increasing online brand visibility, optimizing campaign performance, and driving the sales pipeline through data-driven marketing strategies. This hands-on position emphasizes lead generation and marketing automation across multiple digital channels.
Missions
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing.
* Collaborate with sales to align on lead quality, funnel performance, and conversion goals.
* Manage landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to drive conversions.
Content Marketing & SEO
* Coordinate the production of SEO-optimized content (articles, whitepapers, email copy, case studies, etc.).
* Conduct keyword research and collaborate on on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
* Ensure content consistency across touchpoints and support the editorial calendar.
Paid Media & Web Analytics
* Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, etc.).
* Track performance KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and continuously optimize based on data insights.
* Monitor web traffic and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Website & Conversion Optimization
* Work with internal teams to maintain and optimize the website (UX, performance, CRO).
* Test and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
Marketing Automation & CRM
* Manage email marketing campaigns (nurturing, newsletters, re-engagement).
* Build workflows and segmentations using Pardot.
* Ensure proper lead tracking and scoring in coordination with the Digital Marketing Group team .
Reporting & Collaboration
* Deliver monthly reports on campaign performance, web analytics, and lead quality.
* Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor strategies.
* Collaborate closely with sales and consulting teams.
Profil
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, with solid working knowledge of the main tools and platforms relevant to the key responsibilities listed above.
* Strong writing and editing skills in English .
* Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
