Role Description
This is a full time position for a Digital Marketing & Online Sales Manager, based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area . The role involves managing and driving digital marketing strategies, optimizing online sales channels, and enhancing customer engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing e-commerce platforms, executing online marketing campaigns, analyzing digital performance data, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
1. Digital Strategy & Performance
* Website Development & Management: Spearhead the ongoing development and hands-on management of the Mainetti Morocco website, working closely with our Belgium-based team.
* Platform Mastery: Be the primary owner for configuring and monitoring our existing e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
* Traffic Generation: Design and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy to generate high-quality, targeted traffic to the website using platforms like Google Ads and Instagram Ads.
* Sales Analysis & Strategy: Rigorously analyze online sales reports and website traffic data. Use these insights to inform future digital strategy, budget allocation, and anticipate necessary item replenishment/refurbishment.
2. Content & Social Media Management
* Professional Social Media Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor engaging campaigns across relevant professional social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Content Creation: Create compelling, on-brand content (text, image, and video) that covers our operations, products, and event communications.
* Infographic Design: Apply strong graphic and infographic design skills to communicate complex information clearly and visually appealingly for both website and social content.
3. E-commerce Operations & Sales Cycle
* Product Management: Efficiently publish new products and edit existing listings on the e-commerce platform.
* Order Fulfillment: Manage the full online sales cycle, including the crucial tasks of monitoring online orders and ensuring timely dispatch.
* Customer Relations: Act as the first point of contact for leads, providing prompt and professional answers to inquiries.
Qualifications
* Experience: 5 years + Proven expertise in E-Commerce and Online Marketing, with experience in managing digital campaigns and optimizing online sales channels.
* E-commerce Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as PrestaShop or Shopify.
* Trilingual Fluency: Good Verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic, and French is absolutely mandatory.
* Technical & Creative Skills:
* Demonstrated proficiency in infographic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Practical experience and competence with AI tools to enhance content creation, ad targeting, and/or data analysis workflows.
* Proven ability to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google/Meta/Instagram).
