Internship @ Howdy Code is a carefully designed way for college students (and juniors) to gain the skills and hands-on experience they need to be successful in their careers and reflect actively on what they are learning throughout the experience.

Responsibilities:

* Work within modern WordPress site builders to design page layouts and templates
* Develop and maintain consistent branding
* Implement and optimize WordPress plugins to enhance site functionality
* Deploy designs in a variety of hosting environments
* Select and prepare creative assets, including imagery and text content
* Perform website and competitor analysis using various SEO tools
* Research and analyse keyword strategies
* Write meta tags and effective calls-to-action
* Execute link-building and link profile management activities including opening accounts, webmaster outreach, relationship building, etc.
* Advocate for SEO, ORM and Content Marketing Best Practices
* Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards
* Keep abreast of the latest algorithm changes, SEO tools, and techniques
