MENA locations in Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, we serve our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20
countries of the region.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Digital communication Specialist is responsible of defining, coordinating, and executing the social media strategy. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and steer the social media Strategy.
* Plan and execute offline and online activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of communication strategies.
* Coordinate with creative agencies for planning, following up, and approving artworks as per brand guidelines, ensuring adherence to standards.
* Support the agency in creating local content, such as news, videos, posters, and brochures.
* Manage content publication and user engagement on various social media platforms.
* Work closely with agency to execute initiatives to reach target audiences through appropriate channels.
* Manage social content, online community, and online reputation management (ORM)
* Propose/introduce new social communication channels.
* Develop guidebooks for social media practices &brand guidelines.
* Provide analysis and generate reports.
* Develop training materials on eBusiness & social media to support stakeholders internally and externally.
* Manage digital paid media.
* Provide reports.
* Provide direction and guidance to maintain brand consistency, adhering to corporate identity guidelines for all POS and equity shops branding/signages in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
* Develop and distribute marketing communication assets and packages, including brochures and leaflets for POS promotions.
* Coordinate with suppliers to produce promotional items ensuring adherence to corporate identity guidelines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 to 4 years’experience in digital communication role.
* Broad and deep knowledge of the digital media landscape.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
* Comfortable presenting ideas to different stakeholders.

* Communicates and presents with impact, both in a F2F and a virtual environment.

* Fluency, both written and verbal, in English and French. Arabic language skills are advantageous.
