Role Description

This is a contract Deskside Support Technician role based in Nouaceur, Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. As a Deskside Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Experience in Information Technology
* Strong Communication skills
* Software knowledge
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Relevant IT certifications are a plus
* Experience in customer service
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

This is for a 1 year, full time position (contract based)
