What You'll Do

• Categorize and label text, images, or audio data using predefined tag sets and annotation guidelines

• Annotate datasets accurately and consistently to support AI model training

• Maintain high quality and precision across large volumes of structured tasks

• Participate in calibration exercises to ensure alignment with project quality standards

• Work independently and asynchronously on flexible, task-based assignments at your own pace

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with the patience and focus to work systematically through structured tasks

• Able to follow annotation instructions precisely and consistently

• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

• No prior data labeling, AI, or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with quality assurance, data entry, or research

• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user

• Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
