Job Summary:

Support the Data Analyst in collecting, processing and reporting on field and commercial data for Smollan Morocco, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Data Support & Collection

• Assist in collecting and entering data from field teams and client systems

• Perform data cleaning, validation and formatting tasks

• Support the maintenance of databases and reporting files

• Help verify data accuracy and flag inconsistencies

Reporting Support

• Assist in compiling regular operational and performance reports

• Update dashboard data and report templates

• Support preparation of presentations for client and management meetings

Learning & Development

• Actively participate in on-the-job training on data tools and techniques

• Complete assigned learning modules and shadowing activities

• Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to improve data processes

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT or related field

Minimum Experience:

0-1 year; relevant academic projects or internship experience advantageous

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic proficiency in Excel and data handling

• Eagerness to learn data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python)

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• French and Arabic required
