What You'll Do
* Lead a team of data engineers on Snowflake-based projects
* Architect and optimize scalable ELT pipelines and data models
* Guide best practices in Python, SQL, dbt, and AWS across the team
* Translate business needs into technical plans and coordinate execution
* Review code, support team growth, and ensure high delivery standards
What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years of experience in data engineering or data architecture
* Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and data modeling
* Proven leadership experience, ideally in a team lead or staff engineer role
* Advanced SQL and Python skills
* Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, and AWS
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
