We’re looking for a Data Engineer (with growth into Data Analyst) to join our team. This is not a maintenance role , it’s about structuring data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and then moving up the stack to deliver insights for leadership and operations.

What You’ll Do

Data Infrastructure

* Design and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to centralize data from multiple sources (DBs, APIs, n8n flows, 3rd-party integrations).
* Manage and optimize SQL warehouses (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
* Implement monitoring, error handling, and logging for reliability.

Data Modeling

* Build normalized, analytics-ready schemas for BI tools (Metabase, Airtable, PowerBI).
* Ensure consistency of business logic across reports.
* Document data flows and transformations.

Analytics Growth

* Develop and own initial dashboards (financial, sales, logistics KPIs).
* Work closely with C-Level, Finance, and Ops to translate raw data into usable insights.
* Evolve responsibilities toward statistical analysis, forecasting, and business decision support.

What We Value

* Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions).
* Solid understanding of ETL pipelines (any tool: Airflow, n8n, custom scripts).
* Comfort with cloud environments (DigitalOcean, GCP, or AWS).
* Pragmatism: shipping reliable data flows is better than over-engineering.
* Curiosity to grow into analytics: BI dashboards, FP&A, predictive metrics.

Nice to Have

* Experience with financial data (invoicing, payments, credits).
* Familiarity with Metabase, PowerBI, or Looker.
* Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
* Understanding of DevOps practices for CI/CD in data pipelines.
