The Opportunity

We are hiring a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our team and lead the creation of advanced, impactful data visualizations within the dynamic data-driven decision-making domain. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing Tableau dashboards while leveraging complementary technologies such as SQL, Python, and cloud platforms like GCP to deliver end-to-end solutions. Your Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and actionable Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and provide actionable insights.
* Work with large datasets to perform ETL operations using SQL and dbt to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines.
* Implement automated workflows and optimize dashboards for scalability and usability.
* Utilize GCP (or equivalent cloud platforms) for data storage, computation, and seamless integration with Tableau.
* Partner with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers, and business leaders to ensure data solutions align with organizational goals.
* Develop and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and business stakeholders on Tableau best practices and effective data visualization techniques.

Are you the one?

* 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
* Proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, table calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, and blending.
* Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
* Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, or API integration.
* Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and pipeline management.
* Understanding of cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure for data workflows and integration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data visualization best practices and user experience.
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data and visualization issues effectively.
* Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
