If you want to be part of the HCL adventure, we are currently expanding and looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in our Global Delivery center in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and support reporting

• Build simple dashboards and visualizations (using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau)

• Support senior analysts and business teams with data-related tasks

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in data processes and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Internship or academic project experience in data analysis is a plus

• Familiarity with SQL and Excel (knowledge of Python or R is a plus)

• Interest in data visualization and reporting tools

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• Exposure to cloud tools or databases (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS, etc.)

• Understanding of basic statistical concepts

• Willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment

Language requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in English and French (oral and written)
