We are hiring a remote customer support specialist a tangier to handle 100% of our digital marketing communications through chat only.

What you will do: - Respond professionally and promptly to incoming customer inquiries via chat/text messages.

  • Guide users through their inquiries, resolve their issues, and forward requests via email.

  • Coordinate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • No phone calls or phone support whatsoever.

What we offer:

  • Base salary: MAD 4,000/month.

  • Bonuses: Performance-based incentives.

  • Work setup: 100% remote, computer-based.

Requirements: - Stable internet connection.

  • Fluent and accurate written skills (French, English, or German).

  • Ability to efficiently manage chat queues.

  • Location : Tangier , Morocco
