We’re hiring: E-commerce Customer Support & Chargeback Specialists (Fully remote)
We’re looking for two experienced agents to join a fast-paced e-commerce operation and take full ownership of customer support and order management from A to Z.
Shifts available:
• Day Shift (8h)
• Night Shift (8h)
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing orders: refunds, cancellations, edits, replacements
• Handling support tickets via Gorgias + social media inquiries
• Resolving shipping issues (lost packages, failed deliveries, claims)
• Processing returns and coordinating replacements
• Preparing and submitting chargeback evidence
• Identifying fraud and protecting company revenue
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years in e-commerce support
• Strong experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and Slack
• Solid understanding of refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
• Excellent written English + strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow SOPs strictly
• Proven experience in customer retention and refund prevention
• Ability to de-escalate situations and offer solutions that protect revenue
