We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the day-to-day connection point between students, parents, and a fast-growing education platform. This role is ideal for empathetic, structured communicators with a STEM background who want stable, long-term remote work with an international team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of students and their parents via dedicated group chats
* Follow up on lessons, assessments, and homework completion to keep students on track
* De-escalate parent concerns (cancellation threats, grade frustration, engagement issues) with empathy and structured problem-solving
* Coach and motivate students who are disengaged or losing confidence
* Coordinate with teachers when a student needs targeted support or a different approach
* Keep communication open and proactive — parents should never feel ignored
* Maintain consistent tone, professionalism, and clarity in written communication
Candidate Profile
* STEM degree (science, engineering, mathematics, biomedical sciences, or related) — strongly preferred
* Background in customer success, account management, customer support, or education
* Strong written English; calm, empathetic, and clear under pressure
* Comfortable de-escalating upset customers and re-engaging unmotivated students
* Quick thinker who can adapt the script and find creative solutions in the moment
* Long-term mindset with a 12–24 month commitment
