Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kenitra for a Customer Service & Track-and-Trace Agent. The agent will provide high-quality customer support by addressing client inquiries, tracking the status of shipments, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving service-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and handling phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support practices
* Understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles
* Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
* Fluency in Arabic and French, English is a plus
* Experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain industries is advantageous
