Role Overview
We are looking for someone with fluent English communication skills who can confidently speak with clients and represent our company professionally. This is a fast paced remote role that requires strong work ethic, positivity, and attention to detail.
You will assist customers, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure clients receive outstanding support and communication.
Requirements
* Fluent English at a near native or native level (C2 preferred)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Positive attitude and high energy personality
* Hard working, dependable, and self motivated
* Comfortable working remotely full time
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
* Professional and customer focused mindset
* Willing to work rotating Saturdays
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Experience with CRM software is a plus

* Starting salary: 5500 MAD/month during training period
* Increased to 7000 MAD/month once fully trained and successfully meeting performance expectations. We also offer high upsell opportunities and bonuses
* Top performing representatives who excel in client communication and upselling opportunities can earn 10000+ MAD/month
