Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Marrakesh. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, providing outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues. Day-to-day tasks include assisting guests with reservations, delivering exceptional service experiences, and effectively resolving guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. The position requires maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in line with the company's commitment to hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience and skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
* Ability to deliver excellent Customer Experience while ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and help customers effectively
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling guest concerns
* Ability to work in an on-site environment in Marrakesh, maintaining professionalism and teamwork
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
