Position Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages in both English and French.
* Assist customers with booking services, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
* Provide clear and accurate information about our services and pricing.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling.
* Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bilingual – Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
* Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is preferred.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
