Primary Responsibility
Customer single point of contact during the delivery. Customer focus. Negotiate a date. Follow up parts. Ask for tech with dispatch.
Managing the implementation process for new security system installations and upgrades to Business customers in the SMB, Commercial, and National segments (product name CBS- Commercial Business Security)
Key Duties
* Triaging new jobs in AS400 system picking up jobs to your assigned region/branch
* Creating job packages for installers (field techs) with all the details about the sold job
* Contacting customers for initial introductions and scheduling
* Coordinating with warehouses for parts and equipment
* Booking installations on the Gant chart / Tech Booking Schedule
* Approving materials and sending purchase orders
* Managing customer expectations and timelines
* Updating job statuses in various systems (AS400, SFDC)
* Communicating with sales teams, technicians, and other departments
Daily Tasks
* Reviewing new jobs in the queue
* Completing Order Readiness
* Allocating jobs to oneself or team members
* Making customer contact calls and sending welcome emails
* Checking material availability and coordinating with warehouses
* Updating the Expected Close Date (ECD) for jobs (CCM)
* Creating and sending work orders to technicians
* Monitoring job progress and resolving any issues
Skills Required
* Willingness to learn new system tools, AS400, Salesforce, and other relevant software, experience in these systems is a bonus
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously, project coordination skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume, quick turn-around environment
