Your Tasks

* Error analysis together with customer and developing solutions
* Technical support for our customers
* Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
* Customer-orientated processing and proper documentation of claims
* The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)

Your Skills

* Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)
* High customer orientation and strong communication skills
* Good knowlege of MS Office and ERP
* Fluent English knowledge, German basic would be a plus
