Role Summary/Purpose:
The CDM plays an integral role in ensuring profitable growth through having a clear Category, Brand, Retailer & Customer strategy within his region. Responsible for his/her customer P&L, market shares, in-store execution & customers relationship for the Indirect trade channel in his/her region. Needs to collaborate cross functionally in order to grow our categories and build our brands through a shopper at the retail perspective.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Customers strategies, prioritization & Plans, 5P’s priorities for the Indirect Trade, promotional strategies and shopper solutions based on robust Retail Environment, shopper and customer insight.
* Develop "go to market" sales strategy aligned with strategies for the Indirect Channel, RE’s and consumer segments and evaluate them to determine achievement of efficiency, competitiveness and growth-building objectives.
* Build and manage relationships between Colgate and key players in the customer in order to influence the Customers growth by leveraging on insights & analytics, retail category development process, utilizing new techniques, tools, and information systems, industry, and market.
* Ensure “winning at the shelf” is a top priority for the team, and that 5P tactics and initiatives are executed with excellence at the point of sale.
* Provide Feedbacks on Competition Intelligence, In Store environment to ensure right tactics are employed.
Required Qualifications :
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Trade or other relevant field.
* 5~7 years in Sales roles or adjacent experiences , preferably in FMCGs.
* Business / Financial Analysis.
* Strategic Thinking.
* Customer Oriented.
* Fluent in English , French and Arabic.
