We continue expanding our Customer Service Dept. and strengthening our team in Casablanca through our group company, Imagesa Maroc.

About The Role

We are looking for a Reception Agent and Assistant to Customer Service Department in Casablanca (it is a must to be experienced in maritime/transport sector). You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service. The role includes managing invoices, payments, Delivery Orders (DOs), and shipment tracking inquiries, while supporting CSR and operations teams. You will ensure smooth daily office operations and maintain accurate documentation.

Tasks:

* Attending all walk-in customers.
* Handing over invoices.
* Calculation of demurrage.
* Collecting payments (cheques and cash).
* Reporting to Admin manager of all payments received on daily basis.
* Filling in the completed files and confirming the DO (Delivery Order) to the CSR and OPS
* teams.
* Coordination with CSR and OPS teams.
* Reporting to the CSR manager.
* Attending incoming calls and diverting them to the appropriate team/person.
* Attending to visitors and informing the concerned person of the agency.
* Log sheet management for all visitors that enter the agency premises.
* Resolving shipment tracking inquiries.

Requirements:

* Degree/Bachelor in International Trade, Business Administration, or Transport & Logistics.
* Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a related role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-oriented and proactive mindset.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Organized and detail-oriented personality.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
