CRM / Campaign Project Manager – Trigger campaigns FNAC DARTY
As a CRM Marketing Consultant integrated into the Client Engagement Team of FNAC DARTY, you are responsible for the execution of email, push, and SMS trigger campaigns (e.g., lifecycle, customer paths, welcome packs, etc.).
Main Responsibilities:
* Understand needs/briefs/requests, formalize them, challenge them, and provide recommendations on content, segmentation, and timing
* Write and structure briefs for the web design teams (via SMARTSHEET)
* Design emails using the Content Builder (DARTAGNAN)
* Integrate content (text, images, CTAs) and ensure consistency with the graphic guidelines of both brands
* Perform and validate test emails (BAT) in Adobe Campaign to ensure correct rendering across different platforms (desktop, mobile, webmail
* Test links, variables, and personalizations before production deployment
* Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (Adobe Analytics)
* Prepare monthly reporting and present results to various stakeholders
* Provide strategic recommendations based on performance analysis and customer behavior
* Work on advanced email and push notification scenarios based on data (product recommendations, real-time personalization)
* Stay up-to-date with innovations and trends in marketing automation and CRM
* Population countings to be performed in Adobe Campaign (Query, Split, Union, Exclusion, Enrichment, Grouping, etc.)
* Seasonal update of commercial operations via forms in Adobe Campaign
* Ongoing maintenance of census and mapping documents
