The Role
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist × Copywriter to lead our ad and email creative engine. You’ll research audiences, craft angles, write high-impact copy, storyboard concepts, and collaborate with designers/UGC creators to ship winning assets—then turn results into clear learnings and next tests.
* Type: Full-time (40h/week)
* Location: 100% Remote
* Schedule: Semi-flexible, start between 09:00–10:00 and finish 18:00–19:00 (Africa/Casablanca), Mon–Fri
* Salary Range: 10,000 - 15,000 Dh depending on experience.
What You’ll Do
* Build creative strategies per brand: audience insights, messaging hierarchies, offers, hooks, and angles.
* Write ad copy for Meta/TikTok/Pinterest (hooks, scripts, captions, CTAs) and email copy (flows & campaigns).
* Develop creative briefs and storyboards; collaborate with UGC creators, editors, and designers to produce assets.
* Use Canva & Photoshop to create/iterate static ads, thumbnails, and quick mockups.
* Produce and version AI-assisted image/video concepts (concepting, prompts, light edits).
* Organize concepts, variants, and learnings in clear doc sets (SOPs, naming conventions, and swipe files).
* Partner with our performance team to interpret results and propose the next test plan.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in creative strategy and copywriting for DTC e-commerce (multi-SKU brands a plus).
* Portfolio showing high-performing ads (static & video) and email copy (flows + campaigns).
* Design skills are mandatory: proficient in Canva & Photoshop (production-ready social ads).
* Strong grasp of branding, marketing strategy, targeting, and positioning.
* Platform-native thinking for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest (formats, hooks, thumb-stop theory, watch time, etc.).
* Comfortable leveraging AI tools to ideate and version creatives.
* Clear, concise writing with excellent headline/lead/CTA instincts; tone matching per brand.
* Languages: Professional English, French, and Arabic
* Degree: Master’s in Marketing (or closely related field).
* Bonus: experience with clients in Morocco and the USA.
