Eosol Group is seeking a qualified and dedicated Quality Manager for an exciting opportunity within our solar thermal project in Morocco. This pivotal role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes for the tanks utilized in our innovative solar thermal energy solutions, specifically focusing on systems that involve salt storage. The duration of this position is one year, with an immediate start date required.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee quality assurance activities for the salt storage tanks within the solar thermal project, ensuring adherence to relevant standards, including certification 47H.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems tailored to project needs and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and tests throughout project phases to ensure compliance and rectify issues proactively.
* Collaborate with project engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to reinforce quality culture and practices according to established benchmarks.
* Document and analyze quality data and trends, preparing reports to share with management and ensuring the continuous improvement of processes.
* Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate project staff on quality standards and procedures.
* Address and resolve quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective/tactical action plans.
* Engage with stakeholders to promote a collaborative approach to maintaining high-quality standards across the project.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within the renewable energy sector or related industries.
* Proven experience with quality management systems and techniques, specifically related to construction and quality assurance of storage systems.
* Familiarity with certification 47H standards and practices is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to achieving quality objectives.
* Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in managing quality on large-scale construction or energy projects, with additional focus on solar energy.
* Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality management for renewable energy systems.
* Multilingual capabilities, particularly in French and Spanish, are advantageous.
