Position: Country Manager, Risk, Operations & Quality

Key Responsibilities:
P&L management:
Maintain net contribution at target level
Control on costs (direct, indirect)
Controle and improve profitability
Optimize production costs through structural changes and automation
Pursue implementation of systems to increase productivity
Save costs in non-efficient areas to maximize / enable better profile in other areas
Optimize and secure middle management
Operations management:
Maximize utilization ratio
Enable better planning through:
Maximize efficiencies on inspections and audits
Centralized management of contract and due diligence
Bring field teams to the next level of expertise through training and qualification program
Empowerment of middle management
Training to reach better level of deliverables and contribution
Empower operations management to be involved in customers meetings and reviews with sales and KAM
Performance of field and back-office teams (Customers’ satisfaction + claims & complains):
Improve overall customer satisfaction by reducing claims and complains
Keep claims ratio below 0.2%.
Ensure proper start with new big customers in coordination with sales and KAM -> kick off meetings / training / SOP validations
Expertise development:
Bring QC to inspectors to QA to QE
Work with technical team to build the learning journey and qualification
Develop expertise on main categories aligning to sales strategies and lab strategies
Implement expert technical audit team
Contribution to business growth:
Solutions to support sourcing and suppliers’ management
Provide support on creating more added value solutions
Develop expert technical audit
Reinforce fast to market audit and solutions
New solutions / services based on customers’ challenges + knowledge on the field
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English with French language capability highly preferred.
* Proven experience in a quality inspection leadership role within an international context.
* Strong knowledge of inspection and audit practices, with a focus on customer service and P&L management.
* Expertise in the softline industries, including an understanding of global market trends and customer expectations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining strong client relationships globally.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding regional teams towards shared goals.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or international experience is highly preferred.
