General Purpose :

As part of the policy on customer service quality and improving vehicle quality across the Stellantis brands, the Vehicle or Component Coordinator:

Is responsible for qualitative feedback from CIRs from countries, monitors such feedback and passes information back to the countries.

Is the preferred contact for countries with regard to handling their feedback. Ensures that questions are correctly taken into account by regional CT and that they are correctly reassessed if necessary.

Manages the rapid provision by brand aftersales networks of robust aftersales solutions for problems encountered on vehicles by customers.

Also contributes, by his/her actions, to improving vehicle quality and warranty cost control across the Stellantis brands.

Manages how topics in progress are monitored (FT) and feeds information on progress back to those involved in the country/region concerned either through existing information systems or regular meetings (window contact)

Main Activities :

Any decision or action s/he makes in the context of an assignment impacts customer satisfaction, network performance and the Group’s warranty expenditure.


S/he must rapidly assess all information received from countries for her/his area of operation (particularly CIRs) in accordance with the associated standard:

* Analysing the technical content and quality of information contained in the CIR included CIR A with no solution
* Transferring the CIR to the regional CT for it to be taken into account via “quality gate” meetings if necessary, depending on the topic
* Requesting additional technical details (if necessary) from the country that produced the CIR
* Put in TSO escalation tab list when CIR A with no solution confirmed by CT and engineering and create/update one pager TSO topics with engineering
* Follow treatment of issues piloted by Engineering or quality plant and request solution to pilot for publishing TSB (TSO coordinator unique decision maker for TSB)
* Drafting TSBs (except for “individual cases”) when solutions are provided by Engineeing or quality plant

S/he is responsible for feeding back information on progress in countries, particularly on topics covered by the CIRs, and updating CIRs in PAMIR


S/he must action all possible levers for taking topics (especially TSO escalation subjects) into account in order to provide the most appropriate solutions in terms of timeframe, technical robustness and cost to the customer and the Group.


S/he is responsible for the technical, financial, media and regulatory impact of the solutions s/he formalises and applies to the three brands (PSA network, dealers and importers).


Her/his actions are key for:

* Improving feedback quality and responsiveness in respect of incidents/CIR by countries
* Making a case for increasing Engineering , quality plant handling priority levels
* Ensuring that Engineering , quality plant business lines (serial life) apply the correct levels of priority when producing technical solutions applicable by the network
* S/he plays a major role in improving:
* Customer and network satisfaction

Background :

* master (european classification LMD) with 5-7 years’ experience in technical aftersales, Engineering etc.
* licence (european classification LMD) with 12 years’ experience in technical aftersales, customer experience, engineering etc.


Skills :

* General knowledge of automotive products: architecture and technical functions/systems, telematics, electrics, electronics, running gear, engines, gearbox, structure etc.
* Fluent in English in addition to local languages
* Self-starter, communication, business management, negotiating ability, thoroughness


Experience required :

* Technical aftersales: RPSE, Country Technical Coordinator for two brands or a major subsidiary
* Trade : Aftersales Zone Manager (with previous technical degree course)
* Custumer Experience: CT Manager/ senior pre analyst
* Technical aftersales: RPSE, Country Technical Coordinator for a major subsidiary
* Design: Business maanger engineering business lines, PQC
